Born on Kauaʻi, made with love

Koloa Shave Ice started with a simple idea: make the best shave ice on the island, using real ingredients and treating every cup like it's for family. That's still how we do things today.

Located right on Poipu Road in the heart of Koloa, we've been serving locals and visitors who stop by looking for something cold, refreshing, and made with care. Our ice is shaved to that signature fluffy consistency — not too hard, not too soft — and our flavors are mixed fresh every day.
